After many tentatives and writings, I decide to submit a course in line for persons interest in theoretical EMC (electromagnetic compatibility). This book is the support for this course. I've try to synthesize all necessaries knowledges for solving any EMC problems. For ones, the objectives is not to make numerical applications under Python or other solvers, but only to write the equations of an EMC problem, whatever its complexity, and to lead its analysis.
Hoping that I've reached at least a part of this objective, I call for all possible imagination to the readers.
